The Candidate: 2+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role. Expert in Windows/Linux environment. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Additional IT certification. Fluent in English.
