The Role: Oversee, manage and administer employees’ rewards, perks and benefits.Educate employees of eligibility process for various programs. Research potential new compensation packages based on defined business goals and strategy. Conduct salary and labor market researches to draw benchmarks. Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports. Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.

The Candidate: has prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices.
